Room and board is reserved directly through Menla at our discounted retreat rate depending on the accommodations that you choose. Once you register for the retreat program, you will receive a Menla password and link to make your room and board reservations directly with the retreat center. Accommodations are limited so you must reserve your room immediately.

Our retreat includes three meals a day designed around fresh locally and seasonally sourced ingredients, including produce harvested from their on-site organic garden. Menla’s buffet-style dining features protein-balanced plant-based dishes comprised of vegan and gluten free choices.

Workshop Leader

Irene Siegel, Ph.D., LCSW

Irene Siegel, Ph.D., LCSW, has been a student of ancient healing traditions since the early 1980’s. She spent many years studying with Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D. and his teachers of authentic Incan descent in Peru and Bolivia. She has also studied with other indigenous teachers in North America. She has been a teacher for the program Awakening Your Light Body as created by Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman through LuminEssence for over 30 years.

Dr. Siegel conducts her integrative psychotherapy practice and teaches meditation and healing at Center Point in Huntington, NY. As an EMDR therapy approved consultant and conference speaker, she teaches the integration of Western psychotherapy and science with ancient healing arts. She has led spiritual groups, retreats, and journeys throughout her career and continues to blaze a trail for expanding the context of traditional healing to true transformation. Dr. Siegel has been teaching the use of the Medicine Wheel for over 30 years both in small groups and virtually. She is the author of The Sacred Path of the Therapist: Modern Healing, Ancient Wisdom, and Client Transformation; and Eyes of the Jaguar.

Registration

The cost of the program is $375.00. Once you register you will receive an email giving you a password and link to the Menla Retreat. Room and board is a separate registration and their discounted fee is based on the accommodations that you choice. Space is very limited so you must register with them ASAP to reserve your space.

**Program Cancellation Policy - Full refund for cancellations through June 15; 50% refund through June 30; no refunds as of July 1. Please note that all cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

**Be aware that the cancellation policy for room and board at Menla is based on their own policies.
